Every piece of vintage charm jewellery by Louise Pringle comes with its unique 12 month quality guarantee. As you will appreciate all jewellery pieces are handmade by Louise who has taken great care and attention to ensure that the gold charm bracelet or silver charm necklace is finished and supplied to each individual customer with personal precision. Louise Pringle jewellery guarantees quality workmanship in all product parts. The company can not accept liability for extensive wear & tear over the 12 month period as these products are classed as "occasional costume jewellery" and are not suitable for extensive day to day wear. Louise Pringle jewellery does not accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit. 

Even with the finest elastic used (Louise Pringle uses the same jewellery elastic as 'LINKS OF LONDON') wear will eventually stretch and loosen the elastic. I offer the service (same as 'LINKS OF LONDON') of 'restringing'. This costs £15 (please enclose cheque made payable to 'Louise Pringle'). I will also touch up the piece with new beads and new stones if neccessary.
